South African socialite Khanyi Mbau writing a second book

Four years since the release of her controversial auto-biography in 2012, South African television presenter and socialite, Khanyi Mbau has her followers on their toes as Media reports confirm that she is currently working on her second book.

Mbau’s first book, Bitch I’m Khanyi Mbau, focused on her controversial past of being a self-confessed gold-digger, and her highly-publicised romances with wealthy businessmen.

However the frank socialite has recently revealed that her second book will focus on the woman she is today.

Although Khanyi would not say much about the much anticipated book, she however revealed that a perfect title for it was still being discussed.

“The title is a work in progress. It could be I am Mbau or Khanyi meets Kyle Frank who is my alter ego.”

Khanyi said that readers would get to see a side of her which was the complete opposite from the one her first book.

“It’s a side of me which is a mother, independent and working hard for her money. So we’re trying to merge the two and find a name that is synonymous with what we are trying to do,” she said.

A few months ago Khanyi was amongst a string of artists who joined Mabala Noise a few months ago, releasing her new single Shake last month. Nehanda Radio
