“Forever, Ever Habibi,” – Afro-pop singer Ammara Brown reveals new boyfriend
Zimbabwean Afro-pop/RnB singer Ammara Brown has broken her silence in spectacular fashion, as she revealed her latest love interest with a series of posts on social media.
Brown’s private life has become a matter of much speculation from her fans, who have watched her seemingly withdraw from her career somewhat, as she has been reticent about releasing new music recently.
Brown has also not been as active on social media as she was in the past.
However, the musician used Valentine’s Day as the ideal opportunity to break out of her cocoon, as she posted a series of pictures featuring her latest love interest, a Norwegian man named Daniel Sulen.
“Forever, Ever Habibi,” Ammara captioned her romantic snaps.
Although little is known about Sulen, his LinkedIn account him announces him as the Managing Director of Mekanikk Skips- og Industriservice.
“I oversee the operations and strategy of a company that provides mechanical and industrial services for the maritime and oil and gas sectors.
“With over 18 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and project management, I have a proven track record of delivering complex and high-quality solutions for diverse and demanding clients,” his bio reads.
“My core competencies include ERP Implementation, warehousing, procurement, purchasing, contracts management, fabrication, and project management.
“I have worked in challenging and dynamic environments, such as fieldwork for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) on multiple continents, and offshore wind projects for Aibel.”
While it is unclear how serious the pair’s relationship is, Ammara has expressed her reservations about marriage in the past.
In a 2023 interview, the songbird described marriage as overrated. She also stated that the reason why women are unhappy in marriages is that men always insist on being “the head of the household”.
She said: “I did learn that it is very important for people to be happy in their relationships so when I was offered marriage at some point I refused.
“I was like no because I knew I wouldn’t be happy. The reason was that men always preach about them being the head of the household”.
