Ngezi Platinum Stars part ways with keeper trainer Cosmas ‘Tsano’ Zulu

Ngezi Platinum Stars FC have parted ways with their goalkeeper’s trainer Cosmas “Tsano” Zulu, the club announced in a statement on Friday.

“Ngezi Platinum Football Club would like to announce the departure of Goalkeepers Coach Cosmas Tsano Zulu after mutually agreeing on the termination of his contract.

“The Club would like to thank Tsano for his contributions to Madamburo and wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” wrote Ngezi Platinum.

In July 2022, Tsano was temporarily suspended by Ngezi for allegedly undermining the club’s technical team led by then Benjani Mwaruwari who later got fired for poor results.

However, the seasoned goalkeeper’s coach was cleared following some investigations that where carried out by club’s disciplinary committee.

He was retained to the technical staff.

Tsano joined Ngezi in January 2019 when he was appointed along with Tendai Chikuni to assist the club’s former head coach Elroy Akbay.
