Khama Billiat finally scores for Yadah FC in 2-2 draw with Ngezi in Mhondoro

Yadah FC’s marquee signing Khama Billiat finally scored his first goal since arriving at the Miracle Boys in February.

The ex-Warriors star midfielder netted in the 65th minute to equalise for Yadah FC who had given away a 1-0 lead to trail 2-1 to Ngezi Platinum Stars at Baobab Stadium in Mhondoro.

Evans Rusike who recently joined Billiat at Yadah opened the scoring with only two minutes into the game.

Rusike tapped home to give Yadah an early goal, thanks to Billiat’s assist.

Ngezi Platinum equalised in the 10th minute through Qadr Amini who scored from 12 yards after Tanaka Chikumba fouled Takunda Benhura in the box.

Madamburo doubled their lead at the half hour mark, going into the break ahead by two goals to one.

The awaited moment for Billiat finally arrived in the 65th minute when he put the ball behind the net to level matters.

Elsewhere, Chicken Inn continued with their winning streak making it three successive wins after beating visitors Hwange FC at Luveve Stadium.

Forward Brighton Makopa’s early goal in the 2nd minute was the difference.
