HARARE – A Grain Marketing Board (GMB) Loss Control manager has appeared in court for reportedly demanding sex from his female workmate before exposing his manhood to her. He went on to fondle her breasts, it is alleged.
Regimote Kisi, 50, has since been brought before Mbare magistrate Rueben Mukavhi charged with indecent assault.
Represented by his defence counsel Michael Chakandida, Regimote is denying the charge citing that the complainant’s intention is to ‘fix’ him since she had since been sacked at the work place.
During the trial, the complainant told the court that Regimote bragged about the size of his manhood saying that it was 18cm long. He went on to exhibit his manhood, it is alleged. Regimote will be out of custody on free bail pending his trial continuation on August 7.
Allegations are that on April 14, at around 10am the complainant (name withheld) was on duty when her boss Regimote approached her at the premises she was manning as a security guard. It is alleged that he then called the complainant and warned her that she was not performing as per expectations.
Further allegations are that Regimote then requested to have sexual intercourse with her.
“Ko wakazoti kudii nemakumbo ako, uri kuda kusvika kupi uchiomera nebe**e rako iri (what did you say about offering me sex, where do you want to reach refusing with that vag**a of yours).
According to the State’s allegations the complainant told him to ‘leave her alone’ but the boss kept on pestering using obscene language at her.
State counsel Ephriam Zinyandu is alleging that at the height of his advances, Regimote warned her that he was in charge of security staff hence he can fire her if she fails to comply. He then allegedly fondled her breasts without her consent.
Further allegations are that he also opened the zip of his pair of trousers and exposed his manhood. He challenged the complainant if she was not interested to have a feel of his prowess. In fear, the complainant ran away from the scene and immediately advised her sergeant at work on what had transpired.
She was advised to file a police report leading to his arrest and subsequent appearance in court. H Metro
