Veteran former Zimbabwe national team versatile midfielder Thabani Kamusoko has resurfaced at relegated Triangle United as the club targets a swift Premier Soccer League (PSL) return.
Kamusoko joins the Sugar Boys after a stint with Zambian giants ZESCO United who released him in August 2022.
The former Sobukhazi High student has been without a club since leaving ZESCO.
However, Triangle United coach Arthur Tutani believes Kamusoko’s experience, alongside other signings like Ali Sadiki and Dominic Mukanda, will be crucial in guiding the team’s youngsters.
“We need experienced players to guide the youngsters in the team and the likes of Thabani Kamusoko, Ali Sadiki, Dominic Mukandi and Brian Juru fits in that bill,” said Tutani.
“It’s going to be a marathon for promotion so we need players that know how to manage situations and guide the youngsters in game situations.”
Kamusoko is a seasoned campaigner, having played for clubs like FC Platinum, Young Africans (Tanzania), and the now-defunct Njube Sundowns.
