Today marks 282 days since opposition Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) MP Job Sikhala was arrested and detained over what his party describes as trumped up charges. Sikhala has spent over ten months of pre-trial incarceration at the notorious Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison and he believes that the State is building its case on lies.

A Zimbabwean teenager who was stabbed to death at a house party in Leeds has been named as 17-year-old Trust Junior Jordan Gangata. Known to his family and friends as TJ, Trust was fatally wounded in an incident at a house in Salisbury Grove, Armley, in the early hours of Sunday.
