MLS side FC Cincinnati officially unveil Zimbabwe defender Teenage Hadebe

UNITED STATES – Major League Soccer (MLS) side FC Cincinnati have officially unveiled Zimbabwe national team defender Teenage Hadebe.

Hadebe joins the club as a free agent after parting ways with Tümosan Konyaspor of Turkey at the end of May.

The move marks Hadebe’s second stint in the MLS having left the US top tier league following his departure at Houston Dynamo in December 2023.

FC Cincinnati is an American professional soccer club based in Cincinnati and plays in the Eastern Conference of the Major League Soccer.

The team was first announced on August 12, 2015 as a United Soccer League franchise which played from 2016 to 2018.

On May 29, 2018, the club’s ownership was awarded an MLS franchise, and the team began MLS play on March 2, 2019.
