Modester Mupachikwa was voted the Player of the Match following an impressive unbeaten 57 off 107 balls.
Reacting to the individual award, said Mupachikwa: “I had a bit pressure when we were losing wickets towards the end of the match. But I told myself we can do this. You have to a good mindset before the game.”
She believes they should improve their batting going forward.
“Before I came in, I told myself I have to play my role and bat through the remaining overs. I think we need to improve on our batting and do good.”
The two nations clash again in the final ODI match on Thursday. This is before they face off against each other again in the T20s next week.
