Caps United goalie causes a stir

HARARE – CAPS United goalkeeper Jorum Muchambo pictured in an apostolic white robe has caused a buzz on social networks.

Circulating on Whatsapp, several people have been making fun of the image and this has earned him the moniker “Madzibaba Jorum.”

With Muchambo having conceded less goals, many believe prayers from his ‘masowe’ are being answered.

The goalie has relegated the likes of Chris Mverechena and Victor Twaliki to the bench. On Sunday Muchambo was again at his best as CAPS UNITED floored Highlanders 3 – 1 at the National Sports Stadium.

All the three goalkeepers have had a chance to be CAPS UNITED’s number one and now it could be difficult for the coaches to change a man who is doing well.
