Pokello and Elikem back together
Former Big Brother Africa reality TV lovebirds Pokello Nare and Elikem Kumordzi appear to have patched up their differences and re-ignited their romance exactly two months after a nasty public fight on picture sharing site Instagram.
On Wednesday Kumordzi from Ghana and Pokello (Zimbabwe) moved to dispel rumours about their relationship and appeared together on the Late Night Celebrity Show on Ghanain television. The couple looked quite loved up.
In November last year over 80 000 followers of Pokello on Instagram were treated to free drama after the Harare socialite and businesswoman traded barbs with her fiancé on the social networking site.
The background to the fight was Elikem admitting on his twitter account that he had an affair with footballer Nii Odartey Lamptey’s ex-wife, Gloria.
“I had an affair with Gloria Lamptey for 4 years before Big Brother. i tried to start a new life with Pokello but it seems my past won’t allow,”
“Pokello broke up with me 3 months ago because Gloria was harassing her. I fought to get her back and now it seems I can’t win”
“The truth must come out once and for all.Yes I was young and had an affair with a married woman for 4 years. i denied media reports about it”
“When Pokello is mad, no one gets thru to her. Yes Gloria has made her life hell but the way she reacts is just wrong. I’m not perfect”

Some reports claimed Pokello was behind the posts because Elikem had given her false promises of marrying her.
Pokello and Elikem met on reality show Big Brother Africa: The Chase in 2013 and began dating. In May last year, Elikem proposed to Pokello at the Ghana Music Awards in Accra.
