HARARE – On demand raunchy dancer Beverly ‘Bev’ Sibanda has denied being head over heels in love with Swedish based Zimbabwean football international midfielder Archford ‘Uche’ Gutu.
There had been claims that the two spent some quality time together for the greater part of the festive holiday when Uche was on a mid-season break. It had been claimed that Uche was frequenting Bev’s place.
However, Bev downplayed the reports. She revealed that she is just a friend to Uche whom she met through his brother DJ Cables who is her music selector.
“Well, that is my private life but vemhiri variko but certainly not Archie. We are not dating it’s just a friendly relationship, ‘just hie ’. I know him through his brother DJ Cables who is my DJ,” she said
“ In fact, during the festive season I was in Bulawayo and Archie doesn’t know where I stay. His brother is the only one who knows where I stay because we hold our meetings there,” she said.
It had been claimed that the relationship was engineered by DJ Cables who is Uche’s sibling. “Cables is the one who masterminded the relationship and the two are really an item,” claimed a mole.
“For the greater part of December, Uche would frequent Bev’s shows at times driving Bev around. It’s not a secret because Bev’s entire camp knows about the affair. At times, Uche phones from abroad and seems to be head over heels in love with Bev,” claimed a source.
The raunchy dancer has never opened up on her love life, which she kept ‘private’ and that saw her being fingered in a number of controversies with the Young Igwe, Peter Moyo. There were also reports that she has a child with popular club wheel spinner DJ Sato. H Metro
