HEADLANDS - Thousands of mourners on Thursday joined Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai and the MDC-T national leadership in paying their last respects to the late Christpowers Maisiri, the 12 year old boy who was burnt to death by Zanu PF thugs.

HARARE - Slain Christpower Maisiri was born in Radze Mountain in 2000 as his parents hid from marauding shock-troops loyal to President Robert Mugabe’s Zanu PF.

According to Paul Freire “Oppression - overwhelming control - is necrophiliac; it is nourished by the love of death, not life”. Who ever killed young Christpower Maisiri is full of hate and loves death. RIP young Christpower Maisiri!!

Calls for peaceful elections by President Robert Mugabe have been exposed as insincere after thugs from his Zanu PF party set ablaze the home of an MDC-T aspiring parliamentary candidate killing his 12 year old son Christpower Maisiri.

BUSINESSMAN Temba Mliswa who was arrested on Monday together with six other people in connection with the violence that rocked Hurungwe at the weekend is expected to appear in court today facing charges of public violence.
