Chaos continues at the Beitbridge Border Post with touts, conmen, pickpockets and prostitutes having a field day.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (Zesa) has dismally failed to find a solution to persistent power shortages in Bulawayo and always comes up with excuses for its failure, veteran broadcaster Ezra Tshisa Sibanda who is back home on holiday has fumed.

About 50 employees from Beitbridge Municipality’s Fire Services, Health Section and Refuse Collection Unit yesterday staged a two-hour sit-in at their workplace in protest over non-payment of Covid-19 allowances by their employer.
