MILTON KEYNES – A growing community of ambitious women will gather on October 4, 2025 in Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom for a day dedicated to strategy, connection, and growth as The Executive Branch, Bloom Edition.

The Executive Branch is a platform dedicated to redefining ambition and leadership for women, creating spaces where vision is transformed into execution.

Founded by Ruth Kudzai, the initiative exists to bridge the gap between ambition and reality supporting women to not only imagine their futures but to build them with confidence, clarity, and action.

Explaining her motivation, Ruth said: “Ambitious women need more than encouragement they need platforms that honour their voices and open pathways to real opportunities.

“For me, The Executive Branch is about building those bridges, both for women in leadership and for Africa’s place in the global conversation.”

Kudzai is a speaker, coach, and consultant recognised for her expertise in confidence building, systems development, and execution strategy.

A proud member of the African diaspora, she positions her work at the intersection of women’s empowerment and Africa’s growth story championing women globally while spotlighting opportunities across the continent and advocating for stronger links between diaspora talent and Africa’s development potential.

This year’s event theme, “BLOOM,” focuses on alignment, systems, and impact helping women create sustainable success while expanding their influence.

Running from 11am to 7pm at Horwood house in Milton Keynes, the programme will feature inspiring speakers, immersive workshops, and strategic conversations designed to provide actionable insights for careers, businesses, and leadership journeys.

Alongside the main event, Kudzai will also host an exclusive Executive Branch Retreat, an intimate experience limited to 20 women.

The retreat is designed as a reset for high-achieving women who are constantly pouring into others but rarely find spaces curated for their own renewal.

It will offer reflection, strategy, and reconnection in a supportive environment where participants can pause, replenish, and prepare to multiply their impact.

Organisers describe both the Bloom Edition and the retreat as examples of what happens when ambition meets execution in community. “This is about more than networking it’s about transformation,” said Kudzai.

Some of the women trailblazer speakers and guests for event include Chrystal Kaguramba, Korrine Sky, Kelly Muziva, Faith Nyandoro, Salome Rumbi Chamboko, Rufaro Mandipira and Nomusa Muhlwa.
