HARARE – Controversial rapper Holy Ten seems to have stirred the hornet’s nest again, claiming in an interview that he is no longer in love with his wife Kimberly Richards and only married her to spite bitter rival rapper Voltz JT.
Holy Ten and Voltz have had a long-standing feud that has seen them repeatedly trade barbs over the years.
In 2023, socialite Tatelicious leaked a video of Voltz and Kimberly kissing, claiming that it was taken before Holy Ten paid lobola for his then soon-to-be-wife.
In a bizarre interview with DJ Ollah 7, the outspoken rapper said he had married Kimberly to spite his rival.
“With Kimberly, it was just to spite Voltz. That’s just the honest truth. I can’t lie. My guys are here and they’ll tell you the truth… I fell in love along the way. I am Holy Ten and I will always tell you the truth,” he said.
Casting doubt over the current status of his marriage, Holy Ten claimed that he was no longer in love with Kimberly and had made sure she is aware of this fact.
“No I do not (love her) and… she knows,” he said when quizzed.
Despite his damning revelations, Holy also described Kimberly as a sweet woman who was the victim of unkind people around her.
Meanwhile, Holy also revealed that he did not share good relations with both Kimberly and Tariro Chelsea, with whom he also has a child.
“People like to paint her (in a certain way) because she’s not someone who speaks out and defends herself but that is a very sweet angel. She’s someone who is calm and respects herself and I can’t blame her for falling victim to people that are wicked,” he said.
“I am not in good books with any of the mothers of my children. Both of them. I don’t have to justify anything but I that’s God’s honest truth. I don’t talk to those women. They’re my women. They’re my who**,” he said before asking DJ Ollah to delete the last part.
Holy Ten also claimed he did not marry Chelsea because he had once caught her taking pictures of him while he slept.
“You know the reason why I didn’t marry Chelsea? One day when I was sleeping, I woke up and she had a phone in her hand, busy taking pictures.
“I was there, naked and she was taking pictures. I didn’t like it. That’s the reason why I didn’t marry Chelsea,” he said.
