Dynamos vice captain Emmanuel Jalai has said he is honoured to receive his first senior national team call up.
The ‘ever’ in form Jalai who featured in 33 matches for Dynamos last season, took to his social media platforms to express his delight.
“It’s an honour to receive my first Warriors call up,” he posted on Facebook.
Jalai is in the Warriors squad that was invited for a four nations tournament in Malawi during the March international break which is currently underway until the 26th.
They will face off against Zambia on Saturday afternoon, and the winner will then face off either Kenya or Malawi scheduled to play later in the day.
Following his hard work, the pint sized talented right back finally earned his first national team call up.
It is a well deserved call up for the 24-year-old together with his ex-teammate at Dynamos, Junior Makunike as the pair’s impressive performances haven’t gone unnoticed.
The gifted Makunike also earned his first Warriors call up under the return of interim national team coach Norman Mapeza.
