A DYNAMOS female fan died near Shangani at midday yesterday when the commuter omnibus she was travelling in with other DeMbare supporters from Gweru to Bulawayo was involved in an accident.
According to information provided by Dynamos supporters association national vice-chairman, Walter Taranhike, a number of DeMbare followers were injured in the mishap but the figure could not be ascertained last night.
“One of our Gweru chapter members died, they were on their way to watch the team play against Chicken Inn in Bulawayo when they were involved in an accident. They had hired a kombi, we were told some of them were injured but we could not get the number,” said Taranhike.
