On Saturday the MDC Renewal Team led by Tendai Biti held a conference of all their structures at the Harare Showgrounds. An estimated 500 people attended the meeting inside the 1500 capacity facility.
Biti said the meeting was meant to explain the team’s ideology and identify vacant positions to be filled. They also officially launched their new orange party colours, a sure sign that they are well on their way to forming their own party.
