“When you play against Kaizer Chiefs it motivates you and I hope it will be the same for the guys and they will show no respect to Kaizer Chiefs,” Sithole tells KickOff.com ahead of the Peter Mokaba Stadium fixture.

“Some of the guys tend to be afraid playing against the likes of (Siphiwe) Tshabalala.”

Sithole, who joined Ajax in January and made his debut for the side in their goalless draw with University of Pretoria yesterday, is hopeful he can get off the mark against the log leaders.

“That would be wonderful to score against Kaizer Chiefs as it is my wish to score against big teams,” says the Zimbabwean.

“That’s where you gain confidence and show people what you can do.”

Reflecting on his outing against AmaTuks, the 23-year-old adds: “I enjoyed playing yesterday and it was my first game and also I would like to thank the coach for the chance to allow me to showcase my talent.” Kick Off.com
