Bridget Zulu and her friend only identified as Maintenance both from Kuwadzana stole a female designer suit worth US$250 from The Executive situated along Fourth Street.

An alert shopkeeper Norah Mashosha notified her co-worker that the two ladies had stolen some clothes from the racks and stashed them in a bag.

The duo overheard Norah and ran off. They were not lucky as nearby vendors gave chase and apprehended them. Bridget ran towards the Civil Court premises while her friend crossed Fourth Street going east.

Maintenance was fast enough to give Marian Jones a good run for her money. She was disturbed in her ‘trucks’ by one vendor who came from the front. The two were given a beating before being handcuffed.
