LONDON – The twenty-member ZimPraise Choir is set to arrive in the United Kingdom on Thursday on what will be their first international tour of the United Kingdom.
Promoter Blessed Kapesa told Nehanda Radio that the choir who will be accompanied Stanley “Pastor G” Gwanzura and Tembalami will hold two shows – one in Birmingham and another in Luton.
Dubbed “Sungano/Covenant Tour”, the choir will stage their first show on November 2 in Birmingham at Champions Church before they head to Luton for a concert scheduled for November 9 at the Dunstable Conference Centre.
ZimPraise is best known for its smash hit ‘Sungano’ which has been played mostly at political rallies, weddings, parties and church gatherings. The song clearly has an infectious chorus and is popular with many Zimbabweans.
