The day Mavhaire threw his weight around

The diminutive Dzikamai Mavhaire’s brains are as diminutive as his stunted body. I met him last week at the Mnandi Restaurant owned by Walter Mzembi at the 22km peg to Chivhu after Featherstone and he was talkative to attract the attention of everyone. 

There were fewer people around 9 who were waiting to be saved their takeaways and told the two light skinned ladies in the takeaway to served him first because he was the Minister of Energy and Power Development and was in a rush to attend government business in Masvingo.
