It is with great interest and sadness that Zimbabweans all over the world woke up to read the press statement written on behalf of Arthur Janjawa and promoters of the Sulumani Chimbetu NON STOP UK TOUR.

The press statement though not taking responsibility for the fiasco and shambles in which Sulumani Chimbetu and his London based fans were treated was rather meant to discredit Rollers Family in the process trying to portray the promoters of Sulumani Chimbetu in good light.
Rollers Family is indeed an Award Winning Outfit with a fierce sense of loyalty to all its clients, fans and customers. Rollers Family is also a registered entity in the United Kingdom and Wales contrary to the suggestions from Arthur Janjawa and his cronies. (See Janjawa’s counter statement).

As suggested by Arthur Janjawa and his team of promoters that they fulfilled their contractual obligations to Rollers Family is debatable as Rollers Family believes that if its fans and customers are not happy with the outcome of the contract then no fulfilment was received.
It is therefore in the hearts of Rollers Family Operations Director, Mr. Simon Chimanya and Rollers Marketing Director Mr. Davison Chimenya to apologies to all its devoted fans for the fiasco that they experienced this past weekend after having enjoyed a good afternoon at the Rollers Goch Gochi place in Brimsdown, Enfield.
Rollers Family feel it is shambolic for our fans to be treated in such a disgusting unethical manner and for them to feel cheated at the end of the night.
The Rollers Family prides itself in providing family themed entertainment for all Zimbabweans across the UK and has for years taken into consideration the wishes and request of its fans, patrons and customers without cheating anyone out of their hard earned pounds.
Rollers Family always maintains clear lines of communication via its Operations Director Simon Chimanya and will always advise its customers early in advance if any cancellations are taking place.
In response and reference to the press statement from Arthur Janjawa, Dragon Inc/Dairai Promotions and in the spirit of transparency, accountability and good governance to our entire fan base in the United Kingdom, Rollers Family distances and disassociates itself from promoters Arthur Janjawa/Dragon Inc and Dairai Promotions for any current and future events.
It must further be highlighted that Rollers Family was not aware of any teething problems regarding the evening show at Oasis as suggested by the press statement until 1700hrs on Saturday. Arthur Janjawa in his person made it known to Davison Chimenya that the Oasis venue was double booked for another event thus making it impossible for the evening show to take place.
Arthur Janjawa then went to propose to Rollers Family to move the event to Railway Tavern in Forest Gate which is normally used for Karaoke. The Rollers Family felt this was an inappropriate venue and gesture considering that Rollers Family had promoted the Sulumani Chimbetu show as being held at Oasis.
In the spirit of not wanting to disappoint Rollers fans, it must be highlighted that the Rollers Family and King Alfred together with Arthur Janjawa agreed on using Ambassador Night Club for the event as a way of salvaging the evening show.
What is disappointing is the fact that Arthur Janjawa and his promoters are now claiming that Rollers Family sold tickets and took payments yet they are not taking responsibility that the show was flawed due to their disorganisation.
Rollers Family wishes it be known that it did not receive payments nor were tickets sold on behalf of Arthur Janjawa and his team of promoters. Rollers Family feel that what Arthur Janjawa and his promoters should have done was to acknowledge that Rollers Family and King Alfred jumped in salvage the London event having been duped to believe that it was being held at Oasis.
As per Arthur Janjawa, Dragon Inc and Dairai Promotions press statement Rollers family is not engaging in public debate but rather putting the facts to paper in the name of transparency, accountability and good governance to our fan base.
It is rather sad to note that in their press statement Arthur Janjawa and his teams of promoters are now trying to mudsling Rollers Family when he Arthur Janjawa even failed to pay 30 pounds for the taxi service that delivered musical equipment at Ambassador Club resulting in the taxi driver locking his doors until Davison Chimenya forked the money.
Rollers Family takes its responsibility to its fans and customers seriously and therefore distances itself from any future promotions that Arthur Janjawa, Dragon Inc and Dairai Promotions are involved in as they have clearly made it clear that maintaining an excellent customer service and delivering events as promised to fans is not in their ability.
Any Rollers Family Fan who is allegedly to have been sold tickets at Brimsdown please get in touch with Davison Chimenya as soon as possible on 07960810793.
