Fellow brothers of ‘worship and praise’ Kuda Mutsvene and Tembalami are also part of the bill.

But it should be noted that all the attention would be on the main man Jaravaza, a revered praise and worship leader who has touched hearts of many with his spiritually uplifting songs.

Titled ‘Mwari Anesu’, the DVD recording comes at a time when gospel lovers are being starved of live recordings from individual artistes.

“We have not been doing enough in live recordings and I feel it’s high time we give fans something to smile about as they praise their lord,” says Jaravaza.

“I will record my first live DVD at Reps Theatre starting at 1pm this Saturday till late.

“It’s more than a family show and we urge both the believers and non-believers to come and worship with us.

“I decided to combine forces with this quartet since we have something in common.

“We are all praise and worship advocates and we want to spread the message across nations.”

The event starts around 1pm where adults will have to fork out $3 while children pay $2.

To date, Jaravaza has released two albums titled “Dzokai Vana Vangu” and his latest project “Nyasha Dzamwari”.

His latest album carries the hit “Mufaro Chete” and other songs like “Makomborero”, “Nditsiureiwo”, “Zvakaringana”, “Todada Naye”, “We Bless Your Name”, “Hossana is the Highest” and Makanaka Medley.

Jaravaza is currently working on a new album due for release before year-end. The Herald
