BULAWAYO- During a recent Christmas break in Zimbabwe legendary broadcaster Ezra ‘Tshisa’ Sibanda met other legends in former CAPS United midfielder Stanford ‘Stix’ Mtizwa and former CAPS United player and coach Lloyd Chitembwe.

Sibanda was the manager for the Bulawayo Legends team which played out a 1-1 draw against a Harare Legends team at Luveve Stadium in Bulawayo. Some of the players to feature in the game were;

Johannes Tshuma, Netsai Moyo, Luke Masomere, Douglas Mloyi, Joel Luphahla, Willard Khumalo, Madinda Ndlovu, Agent Sawu, Peter Ndlovu, Adam Ndlovu, Friday Phiri, Tobius Mudyambanje, Zenzo Moyo, Amin Soma, Jerry Sibanda, Nkululeko Dlodlo, Colsen Mabeza and Tembo Tshuma.

Harare Legends

Raphael Phiri, Carlos Max, Calisto Pasuwa, Masimba Dinyero, Brenna Msiska, Nesbert Saruchera, Biggie Zuze, Jimmy Mbewe, Shepherd Muradzikwa, Lloyd Chitembwe, Moses Chunga, Stix Mtizwa, Simon Chuma and Stanley Chirambadare.

Adam Ndlovu gave the Bulawayo Legends the lead in the first half with blistering 40 yard strike and Jimmy Mbewe for the Harare Legends equalised in the second half with a tap in following a good exchange of passes involving Pasuwa and Dinyero. Nehanda Radio.com
