The Zimbabwean football family on Monday remembered the late legendary Zimbabwe Warriors and Highlanders striker Adam Ndlovu.
Adamski, as Ndlovu was nicknamed, died on 16 December in 2012 after a car accident near Victoria Falls.
Monday marked 12 years since the former Highlanders striker took his last breath.
At the time, he was 42.
He was at the time the Chicken Inn head coach.
The majority of Zimbabwean football lovers took to various social media platforms to remember Adamski.
Hwange based human rights lawyer Fortune Molokele posted in his Facebook page: “Rest in Peace Adam ‘Adamski’ Ndlovu. Today marks 12 years after we lost our popular soccer legend.
“He tragically passed away in a car accident on 16th December 2012. Sadly missed.”
Adamski will always be remembered for his contributions towards the development of Zimbabwean football.
Additionally, Adamski will never be forgotten for his machine gun celebration in the national team colours during the AFCON qualifiers.
