BULAWAYO – Highlanders FC’s talented midfielder Mason Mushore is reportedly on the radar of South Africa’s Betway Premiership side AmaZulu FC, Nehanda Radio can exclusively reveal.

Mushore is expected to join Usuthu in January, with contractual terms between the club and the player said to be fully agreed.

Sources within AmaZulu indicated that they are confident the 23-year-old will put pen to paper despite interest from several clubs in South Africa, Europe and Zimbabwe.

“We are confident that Mason Mushore will sign for us,” said the source.

“He has expressed interest in our club and genuinely wants to join us, so we are hopeful he will come in January.”

If Mushore completes the move, he will reunite with his fellow countryman Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya, who joined AmaZulu in July.

Ngwenya has since settled in well at Usuthu, becoming their top striker early in the 2025/26 season, with four league goals in eight matches.
