CORBY – A talented line-up of Tocky Vibes, Stunner, Oriyano, Kae Chaps and Lady B is set to headline the inaugural Doek Fest concert in the UK on Saturday (28 June 2025) at the Corby Rugby Club.
Doek Fest in the UK under the theme “A Celebration of African Culture and Sisterhood” is being organised by Trudy Daliel Mutena under Trudiel Entertainment Ltd.

She told Nehanda Radio; “Doek Fest is a vibrant, inclusive, and empowering event designed to celebrate African culture and foster a sense of sisterhood and community.
“Through a dynamic program of music, dance, fashion, art, and cuisine, the event will showcase the richness and diversity of African traditions.
“This event will create a platform for individuals from all backgrounds to connect, celebrate, and engage with African heritage in an elegant and high-energy setting.
Its objectives include promoting cultural understanding and inclusivity through the celebration of African traditions, empowering and honoring African women by highlighting their contributions to culture and society.
The event also hopes to build a sense of community and sisterhood among attendees and provide a platform for artists, performers, and vendors to showcase African-inspired creations.
The dress code has been set as “All White and a touch of Yellow” and attendees are urged to “tie your headwrap/ Doek”.
The event is for women only from 11am to 10pm for £45 (standard) and £65 (VIP). Men can join after 10pm for a fee of £15 before 12 midnight.
