Zimbabwe men’s senior national team forward, Tawanda Maswanhise, has been voted the November Player of the Month for Motherwell FC in Scotland.
The Warriors forward outshone fellow teammates in Marvin Kaleta, Lennon Miller and Kofi Balmer who were also nominated for the prestigious award.
Reacting to the coveted individual gong, Maswanhise told the club’s media: “It’s nice knowing the fans voted for me.
“I have just tried to do my thing. I want December to be successful for the team and the fans. We will give it everything. Thanks for your support.”
In November, Maswanhise played a pivotal in Motherwell’s 2-1 victory over St Johnstone, scoring and providing an assist in that match.
The Zimbabwean international joined Motherwell in August on a short term deal until next month (January 2025).
However, after establishing himself as a key player for Motherwell, the club decided to offer him a new deal set to expire in August 2026.
