English Premier League (EPL) clubs are reportedly eyeing up a move for France based Zimbabwe international holding midfielder Marshall Munetsi.

He is reportedly on the radar of EPL clubs as well as Championship sides who are said to be ready to acquire his services.

AFC Bournemouth who are also home to Munetsi’s fellow countrymen Jordan Zemura are among the EPL clubs said to be vying for the player’s signature.

Meanwhile in the Championship, two former EPL clubs in Watford and Burnley have shown interest in the ex-Orlando Pirates combative midfielder.

“According to our information, English stables are on the spot. In the Premier League, Bournemouth ticked his name.

“In the Championship, it is the ambitious teams of Watford and Burnley who follow his (Marshall Munetsi) case closely,” wrote Foot Mercato.

Munetsi has a running contract with Stade Reims set to expire in 2026.

It is not the first time that the 26-year-old has attracted interest from the EPL clubs after he was strongly linked with a move to Brighton and Hove in July.

“Brighton approach Reims over £7m-rated Marshall Munetsi with Graham Potter keen to replace Yves Bissouma in midfield this summer,” reported the Daily Mail in July 2022.
