After commiting over USD$1 million to funding coronavirus relief in Zimbabwe, Prophet Uebert Angel gave away R200 000 Christmas cash via his social media platforms last week to his social media platform followers.

The church has followed this up by giving away Christmas giveaways for its members that included mealie meal, sugar, flour and cooking oil.

“Every branch, everyone who attends gets Christmas giveaway,” the church said.

The UK based businessman/preacher has been in a generous mode the whole of 2020 using his Uebert Angel Foundation to help those in need. In January he paid fees for the entire school – for the whole year at Kadyamadare Primary School in the Chikwaka Communal Lands (797 students.)

His foundation followed this up in February when they did the same for 1026 students at Bota Primary School in Masvingo, paying their school fees including levies – for the whole year.

At the end of March, Prophet Uebert Angel pledged US$1 million towards the fight against the coronavirus by aiming to feed vulnerable families during the lockdown in Zimbabwe alone and a bigger figure for Southern Africa and another undisclosed figure for other countries where his branches are represented. He has so far exceeded his pledge and he is still moving on.

According to its website the church has a presence in Atlanta, Dallas, Washington DC (USA), London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle (UK), Hamburg (Germany), Paris (France), Toronto (Canada), Canberra (Australia), Dublin (Ireland), Puerto Rico, Namibia, Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Rusape (Zimbabwe), Gaborone, Francistown and Maun (Botswana), Lusaka and Chingola (Zambia), Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Togo, Johannesburg, Kempton Park, Welkom and Durban in South Africa among others.
