Dad sues daughter over sexually suggestive dances

A Bulawayo man sued his daughter for twerking and dancing provocatively in front of him while bragging that her sexual organ was her source of income.

Martin Kamura Ncube (94) from Thorngrove claimed that he was being emotionally abused by his daughter Paulina Banda who was always in the habit of insulting him saying she was old enough to look after herself through the “selling” her sexual organ.

The nonagenarian said his daughter was a “problem child” who was always putting on her late mother’s dresses which are “too short” for her before she started twerking and showing off her sexually suggestive dances.

“I am a 94-year-old widower living with my daughter and she’s giving me a lot of problems. I had decided to chase her away from home as she is in the habit of emotionally abusing me.

“She is always sleeping out and when I reprimand her she insults me saying she will be selling her sexual organ since it is her source of income. She is also shouting at me together with her younger brother saying she was tired of taking care of us from the little money she was realising from ‘selling’ her body.

“She is also taking her late mother’s clothes which are too short for her. After putting them on she started twerking and dancing provocatively in front of me asking whether they fit her,” said Ncube while pointing at his private area and using gyrating motions as evidence to the court on how her daughter does it.

He further said that her violent daughter took away his property including a bed and he was now sleeping on the floor.

When asked to respond to her father’s allegations, Banda blamed one of her brothers saying he was the one who was pushing him to tarnish her image.

She cried apparently to court the magistrate’s mercy and proving to him that the accusations levelled against her by her father were not true.

“This is my father but I know that all the accusations he has levelled against me are coming from my brother who recently came to stay with us and is always fighting with me.

“I was married and came back home following the passing on of my husband. Since I am now a widow probably that is the reason why they are calling me a prostitute,” said a teary Banda while turning to the gallery looking at other family members who had accompanied them to court.

Presiding magistrate Manasa Musiiwa however, dismissed Ncube’s application saying it was lacking evidence that his daughter was emotionally abusing him.

Meanwhile, after the court session there was drama when other family members wanted to assault Ncube saying he had allegedly tarnished the family’s image by his application for a protection order. B Metro
