The event will also see Tricky J, Mc Malava, Big Dollar, Dj Switch Base, Pimpsy and Shacky T among others, performing.

The “Tsaona muMain Road” hit-maker said he was happy to perform alongside such a renowned musician.

He said the show would also pave way for him to sample some of the new music he had penned for 2016.

His manager Eddie Grant said D Flexx was looking forward to the show.

“Music is in our blood. We are more than ready for the show. This is our belated Christmas gift to our fans and we want to give them value for their money.

“We have a lot of surprises on offer including branding the new image of D Flexx. We do understand there has been a lot of outcry on who he really is. I will perform songs like ‘Chipo Chake’ and ‘Ndiani’ among others,” he said.

The 2015 hip-hop nominee Tricky J is expected to entertain revellers with his controversial song “Tambisa” which many have described as Africa’s biggest twerk song.

Tricky J, who is continuing to ride high, is also set to perform in South Africa early next year.

Guspy Warrior will rekindle his romance with dancehall fans after some lull.

Real name Emmanuel Manyeruke, Guspy Warrior earlier this year stole the limelight from the billed main act of the night, South Africa-based artiste Thabani “Buffalo Souljah” Ndlovu at Harare International Festival of the Arts (Hifa) dancehall alliance.

Guspy Warrior’s performance was exceptional.

Show organisers said the event was coming as planned and guests should feel safe because there was tight security.

“We understand people think since its the festive season a lot will happen to them, but we are promising, like always, that they will be safe and sound because we are geared up for the event.”
