Only in Zimbabwe that mobile telecommunication tarrifs are reduced by 35% and no one dares to explain to the general consuming public why the tariffs were at the previously pegged rates for over the last six years.

If the constitution cannot protect the poor and the vulnerable who will be able.

Corrupt individuals like land barons steal and continue to enjoy the benefits despite commissions of enquiries being conducted and reports detailing their illegal activities produced. No one has been arrested or prosecuted. Shame on you Zimbabwe. Zimbos now idolize corruption.

Others continue to bleed local authorities and parastatals by collecting rents, rates and levies which belong to these institutions because of political patron- age. No-one has reported a case of theft against these individuals at the ex- pense of service delivery despite these cases headlined in the media.

It is only in Zimbabwe where urban dwellers have dirty running tape water for one day a week and translating this into a year it means people have wa- ter for 52 days out of 365 days which means that people have no water for 86% of the year. No one dares to ask or even explain why.

Only in Zimbabwe where the executive arm of the government cannot meet when one man is outside the country despite the fact that he has two deputies who are paid to fill in his shoes when he is absent from duty.

Only in Zimbabwe where a government crafts a blue print to create 2 000 000 jobs and claim that unemployment is at 11%. So if unemployment is at 11% who is going to take all those jobs (sic). Since the launch of the blue print more jobs has been lost through company closures and non has been created. Chitownews
