No Arsenal bid for Balotelli, says AC Milan chief

But after a subdued World Cup which saw Italy eliminated at the group stage, Milan’s club president Silvio Berlusconi conceded that a deal between the two clubs had stalled.

And Galliani has now confirmed that Arsenal have not followed up their interest in the former Manchester City forward.

“We have not received any offer [for Balotelli] and at this time, there is nothing from Arsenal,” Galliani said on Sunday.

Meanwhile legendary Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas wants to move to Arsenal, according to reports in Spain.

Casillas, who suffered a nightmare World Cup as the Spanish exited at the group stage, is so desperate for a move away from Real that he wants club officials to terminate his contract and allow him to move for free.

The 33-year-old has lost his place to Diego Lopez for domestic league matches and despite helping Real win the Champions League, Casillas is now ready to move with Costa Rican stopper Keylor Navas close to joining.
