Hottest parliamentary seat in Zimbabwe

I am very proud of the people of Chivi North. They have never retained a Member of Parliament since the introduction of a parliamentary seat in 1990. I wish the whole country can take a leaf from them.

Parliamentarians are elected to promote development not to line their pockets. The first person to hold a parliamentary seat in 1990 was Mrs Ketina Mudamburi.

In 1995 , we elected William Gumbochuma who had the potential for greatness but unfortunately passed away during his term of office.

Meke Chamwadoro completed the term. In 2000 Anita Maziriri took office. In 2005 we had Trainos Huruva who just lost in the ZANU (PF) primaries.

Whoever takes over now must know that its a hot seat, no development, no job at the end of your single term .
