Motorists blocked the car and disembarked from their vehicles causing a traffic jam as people jostled to catch a glimpse of Brighton who was accompanied by an unidentified man. Brighton was behind the wheel while the unidentified man was seated at the back.

He explained to the passers-by that the man owed him money and he had been looking for him for some time without success.

“I have been looking for him for some time and when we met, we agreed to meet one of his friends before he started screaming on spotting police officers by the road side. We never forced him into the car as what he is alleging,”  Brighton was heard saying.

The unidentified man could not entertain questions as he rushed to make a police report leading to Brighton’s arrest.
