This is Ivan Maguire Road, in downtown Harare which has become a scrap yard where fly by night mechanics have set up shop in the middle of the road, blocking traffic, and causing heavy pollution.
The Environmental Management Agency (EMA) and City of Harare are turning a turning a blind eye to this. It’s a real eyesore. I took this picture on Sunday. I will take a picture on a week day and you will see what I mean.
