CANADA – A 23 year old woman strangled to death over the weekend in Toronto has now been identified by police as Nyumwai Caroline Mkurazhizha from Zimbabwe.
Mkurazhizha was pronounced dead in hospital on Saturday, after police found her “suffering from apparent trauma to the body” in a Clancy Drive home. Police have said that the cause of her death was “manual strangulation.”
Mohamed Adam Bharwani, 18, of Toronto, has been charged with first-degree murder.
