The Australian tour is arguably his best so far this year with record crowds after having toured Great Britain late last year. His first gig in Melbourne on August 17 featured an Australian-based Zimbabwean RnB artiste called TK Paradza and it drew crowds.

“I have promoted many African artistes from both Zimbabwe and South Africa but what I have seen today is unbelievable, Nox is very talented artiste,” Keith Edwards of Afrotainment, the promoter of the show, was quoted as saying.

Edwards said he did not know Nox up until last year via social media sites Facebook and YouTube where he fell in love with Nox’s music. It turned out that he wasn’t wrong after Nox put on an impressive show that left female fans eating out of his palms.

He continued with the same form in the Gold Coast’s MyBar where he said it was magic before winding his tour in Perth at Eurobar on August 19. According to reports, the tour not only attracted Zimbabweans based in Australia but also other fans from different cultures and backgrounds.

Since he collaborated with Maskiri on “Wenera”, Nox easily made a huge splash on the mainstream music scene. Although “Wenera” was Maskiri’s song, Nox turned on his style when he released “Ndinonyara”, a love ditty that is uniquely Zimbabwean in both message and quality.
