RUWA – Police in Zimbabwe have confirmed the arrested of Webster Nhau (51) in connection with the robbery and murder of prominent businessperson Joseph Mutangadura (67) who was killed at the Mutangadura Hideout Farm, Ruwa in August.
“The suspect was arrested near his residence along Dustan Road, Ruwa on 02/11/25. The Police has arrested seven suspects in connection with the case,” a statement from the police read.
Mutangadura was attacked by a group of seven armed men who allegedly demanded money before shooting him.
He sustained multiple gunshot wounds, one in the stomach and five to the chest and later died from his injuries. His safe was reportedly found open after the incident.
