ZimLinkUp returns for 10th edition in 2026 with Chillmaster and Delroy Shewe headlining
BIRMINGHAM, UK – The countdown has officially begun for one of the most anticipated weekends in the UK-based Zimbabwean entertainment calendar.
ZimLinkUp, the exclusive concert event celebrating Zimbabwean music and culture in the diaspora, will return for its 10th edition on May 2–3, 2026, during the UK’s bank holiday weekend.
Now firmly established as a cultural institution, ZimLinkUp has become the ultimate gathering for Zimbabweans in the UK, and next year’s edition promises to be the biggest yet.
ZimLinkUp 2026 will unfold across two dynamic days in Birmingham, with the main concert on Saturday, May 2, followed by a high-energy day party on Sunday, May 3.
The event traditionally brings together Zimbabweans from across the UK and Europe to connect, dance, and celebrate homegrown talent in style.
While the venue is still to be announced, organisers have confirmed it will be in Birmingham, a central hub for Zimbabwean diaspora culture.
Speaking on the decision to move venues, Tinashe King, one of the event’s founding members, explained:
“We had to rethink the setup because of overwhelming demand. Each year, more people want to be part of this experience. For 2026, we’re going bigger, better and we’re making space for everyone.”
