HARARE – Zimdancehall songstress Anita Jaxson has mastered the art of keeping her love life private after having a messy breakup with fellow dancehall singer Poptain.
The singer has announced that she is off the market after she got engaged last year in September to her United States based lover, a saxophonist called I am King real name Osborne James.
Jaxson took to social media to celebrate her one year engagement anniversary, proving she had been engaged for a year now, but she kept it a secret from her fans.
She posted a series of pictures from their engagement with the caption “20September 2023. Forever.” Some of the pictures read, ‘we’re engaged,’ “I asked. I said yes.”
The last time Jaxson made viral news was when she shook her fans with news that she was pregnant back in December 2023. The artist then went missing in action as she would post less on her socials.
Musical wise, it looks like the Unondzi Ani hit song chanter is slowly losing her grip on fans, as numbers on her YouTube Channel aren’t really impressive for a singer of her calibre.
She has released a few songs over the past months, but they did not hit as they used to during her prime years.
