ZVISHAVANE – FC Platinum’s U-19 player, Perfector Shoko, has tragically died after reportedly consuming poison on Thursday.
He was rushed to hospital but passed away in the early hours of Friday.
The club is yet to issue an official statement.
Shoko’s death comes just months after the Zvishavane-based club mourned the loss of senior team player Brian Banda, who died in a car accident while travelling from Zvishavane to Bulawayo.
