Luton Town manager Matt Bloomfield has confirmed that Zimbabwe national team captain Marvelous Nakamba has attracted interest from several clubs amid growing speculation over his future at the relegated Hatters.
Speaking to Luton Today, Bloomfield said: “Marv (Nakamba) has been a fantastic player for our football club, but he’s someone who played in the Premier League two seasons ago and has attracted interest.
“He’s been with us in pre-season, so he’s in the same boat as Chong and Mengi, I would suggest. If he’s still here at the end of the window, he’s part of us. If we get the right offer and Marv wants to take it, then we’ll discuss that at the time.”

Nakamba has not featured for Luton in pre-season matches, further fueling speculation that he could be on his way out of the club.
Luton Town were relegated from the Championship to League One at the end of last season.
