Zimbabwean international midfielder Marshall Munetsi is on the verge of joining English Premier League (EPL) side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
According to RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Wolves have reached an agreement in principle with Stade de Reims for Munetsi’s transfer.
Reports indicate that Wolves are prepared to pay close to £20 million for the 27-year-old former Orlando Pirates midfielder.
If finalized, the move could make Munetsi the most expensive Zimbabwean footballer in history.
Wolves’ ties with Stade de Reims continue to strengthen, following their acquisition of Emmanuel Agbadou from the French club during the winter transfer window.
