HARARE – Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) presidential hopeful Marshall Gore has outlined his 10 point plan for a new ZIFA in the build up of the country’s football mother body’s executive elections.

As shown in one of his campaign posters, Gore’s main focus is to invest in grassroots development.

He then wants to focus on infrastructural development and creating talent exposure.

Furthermore, the football administrator is also hoping to professionalise the country’s top flight football by improving the Premier Soccer League (PSL).

Outlining his plan, Gore wants to develop coaching and the ZIFA staff through capacity building exercises.

He also revealed his plans to introduce fan engagement, grow and improve women’s football and to deliver on corporate sponsorships.

Lastly, Gore is eager to bring international competitiveness and improve governance structure.

Gore is among six ZIFA presidential hopefuls who are vying for the top post in the upcoming 25 January election.

The other five are Nqobile Magwizi, Phillemon Machana, Makwinji Soma Phiri, Martin Kweza and Twine Phiri.
