ZAA honors Napoleon Nyanhi for Outstanding Contributions to the Arts

The Zimbabwe Achievers Awards (ZAA) has recognized Napoleon Nyanhi, Executive Director of the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe (NACZ), for his exceptional leadership and dedication to the development of the creative and cultural sector.

As a renowned arts practitioner, academic, and administrator, Napoleon has been instrumental in spearheading the formalization and monetization of the arts industry, contributing significantly to Zimbabwe’s GDP.

His impressive track record includes serving as Director of the NAMA awards, Managing Director of Jacaranda Culture and Media Corporation (JCMC), and Founding Station Manager of Capitalk FM.

Napoleon’s academic credentials are equally impressive, with degrees and certifications from esteemed institutions such as Africa University, Clark Atlanta University, and University of Westminster.

His expertise in strategic management and corporate governance has enabled him to effectively navigate the complexities of the arts industry.

Napoleon will receive his award at the 9th edition of the ZAA South Africa, scheduled to take place on 30 November 2024 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sandton.

The ZAA’s recognize and celebrate the achievements of Zimbabweans in various fields, including arts, culture, business, and more.
