HARARE – Yadah FC star midfielder Khama Billiat has been named the Footballers Union of Zimbabwe (FUZ) Player of the Month for the July after being voted by other Premier Soccer League players.
Billiat scored three goals in July in their 1-1 draw with Hwange, 2-0 victory over Bikita Minerals and last Sunday’s 2-1 win against Bulawayo Chiefs.
In the same month, Billiat also provided one assist, making him the favourite to scoop the prestigious individual gong.
The former Kaizer Chiefs star currently on nine goals, was also named the Premier Soccer League player of the month for July recently.
On the other hand, Chapungu Queens’ Sheila Antonio was also named the FUZ Player of the Month for July.
Chapungu competes in the Zimbabwe Women’s Premier Soccer League.
